On the subject of Commenting…. This site was designed to help anyone get a grip on their overwhelming life as well a ‘Safe Haven’ for anyone suffering from ANY of the issues associated with a reduced self-confidence, or low self-esteem. If you don’t agree with my opinions in a post, I welcome your opinion in the comments. However, un-helpful, or derogatory comments in reply to another reader’s comments will not be tolerated and your comment will be removed! It’s fine to have an alternative opinion, it’s not fine to be nasty. (Sorry, rant over!)
As with most other websites, this site collects and uses the data contained in log files. The information in the log files include your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider), the browser you used to visit the site (such as Internet Explorer, or Firefox), the time you visited the site and which pages you visited. I don’t however, collect any personally identifiable information from your visit.

This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (eg showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites).
